Terms of Payment

Privacy of Client Information
Any information supplied by our customers will only be used as for customers direct.  We do not disclose any personally identifiable information to any third parties unless we have your permission.

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time.  If there are any changes in data storage, we will notify you.
Terms of Payment 
 

Our PayPal Payments Platform System offers clients a secure and engaging relationship doing business.  It is available for all customers residing in the open selected countries.  Payments are processed in approximately 2-3 business days.  There are no cancellation fees.  There is no buyers fee for payments made from Australia.  To prevent and combat online theft, Basic Fraud Protection Service maintains strong security using fraud filters, passwords, lists of accepted IPs, security protection audits and Buyer Authentication (SSL Certificate, Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard - PCI DSS and Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council - PCI SSC). 

Your personal contact details and financial information are protected during the payment process.  
 
With larger packages, an advance payment may be required as negotiated.  It can be made by credit card and processed by PayPal or Merchant Account deposit.

After completing the work on your presentation notes and slides, we will email you a portion 'read-only' formatted version of the work performed.  This will be followed by an electronic invoice detailing the services that we have performed and the amount due. 
 
We reserve the right to withhold electric files or other deliverables until payment is received in full.
 
Past due amounts may be subject to interest at a rate of 0.02756164% per day for late payments 30 days after the date of receipt of invoice (as per Australian Federal Government, general interest charging rate, January – March 2022).
